The vision statement of the college signifying the existence and its road map to the achievements. its vision reads as:
"To become a fountainhead of excellence in multidisciplinary innovative education and research to foster personal and professional success through the development of critical thinking, effective communication, creativity, spirituality and cultural awareness in a safe, accessible and affordable learning to serve the society and the nation. "
At Bundelkhand College College, the focus is not just on the conventional teaching-learning methodology, but more importantly fostering innovation and creativity in every aspect of academic delivery and learning. At Bundelkhand College. College, classroom experience keeps on getting continuously redefine with the inputs received from various stakeholders. The Faculty follows a student-centric procedure by creating a learning environment that allows students to think, seek and answer. We strongly believe in promoting faculty creativity and innovation without being suppressed by the rigidity of a system and at the same time ensuring that certain academic parameters and standards are observed and maintained without compromise. Such an approach is essential in making the College a best-in-class.
The faculty follows blended, collaborative, and experimental techniques of teaching-learning pedagogy leveraging infrastructure and technology resources to ensure effective curriculum delivery. An extensive academic plan and review mechanism ensures the management of curriculum is done simultaneously on an individual and institutional levels. The college strictly followed the process of feedback systems to revise and redesign education quality from the stakeholders. We at the college truly believe that if students have placed their trust in us for their personal and professional development, it is for us to take charge of their grooming and mentoring in every perceivable area of their development. The aim of this system is to identify strengths and weaknesses in academics and devising ways and means to help build competency on and off-campus hours. College believes in student centric method of education so continuously strives to locate the problem faced by each student in academics. Remedial classes serve a most powerful tool for that student who cannot maintain their pace with other students. Students are part of society and they should be the most active members of social transformation. College is well aware of this fact that students should take the social issues to areas, community and involve them to make them concern about these issues.
Grievance Redressal Committee: The College is committed to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing learning environment to the students. For this grievance redressal committee has been set up in the accordance with UGC regulations, 2012. It provides a mechanism to the students for redressal of their grievances on academic and non-academic matters. Parents teacher meetings are organized each year with an objective to bring the college and home together for the uplifting of the students as well as an institute by maintaining harmonies relationship between parents and teachers.
