of funds. With the addition of new subjects, there is an urgent need to enhance
infrastructure—such as more classrooms and separate buildings for professional
courses—to meet regulatory standards.

Situated in a backward and economically disadvantaged region, the college must tackle
social issues by promoting the value of education and encouraging higher education
through initiatives like free feeships.

internships, industry-academia partnerships, and skill-based training can be further
strengthened.
5. Collaborations and MoUs with Prestigious Institutions
Establishing more Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with reputed colleges and
academic institutions can lead to enriched academic engagements and collaborative
research opportunities.
CHALLENGES
1. Motivation for Departmental Journals
Departmental journals need to be initiated and motivated to ensure consistent academic

The institution requires additional funding to improve its infrastructure and resources,
which are crucial for the effective implementation and realization of the National
Education Policy (NEP) and its broader mission and purpose.

The alumni association of the college should aim to register more alumni members to
enhance the alumni–institution interface in a meaningful and beneficial way.
