About the Department:-
The Department of history
was established in 1949. The BA classes were started from the academic session
1949-50 and the MA classes from 1960. The sanctioned posts of the department
are 04 and presently there are 02 highly-qualified permanent teachers with
excellent academic achievements. The Department of History has been walking
on its glorious path for providing quality education since its inception.
The Department of history, through a working cell, is trying to collect and
visit the historical records of the Bundelkhand region so that postgraduate and
research students can get employment opportunities in various fields.
